Free in Store Pickup
Store Pickup lets you buy items online and pick them up in a store. You avoid shipping and scheduled delivery charges — and you may be able to get your order faster. We currently offer in store pick up for our stores in Los Angeles, Long Beach, Santa Monica and Woodland Hills as well as our Montebello warehouse
Here's how it works:
- During checkout, choose Store Pickup and select your store.
- Most in store pick ups are available within 2 business days, you will receive a call from our store when your order is ready for pick up.
- Bring your ID, credit card, and order number to the store and pick up your items.
- If you need to cancel or make changes to your order prior to pick up please give us a call at 800-966-4597
At the store:
- When you arrive at the store please see a sales associate for your order.
- You can try on items in store if needed. If you need to make an exchange or return our sales associates will help.
- Refunds are not done in store. If you return an item to the store you can get store credit or request a refund that will be processed online.
Who can pick up your order
You can pick up your order yourself or choose someone else to pick it up. To have your order picked up by someone else, you must enter their name during checkout. Your pickup person will need to show his/her ID and the order number at the store. Additional verification may be needed at the time of pick up.
Only you — or the person you've told us will pick up your order — can pick up your items.
You can now select our Montebello warehouse for in store pick ups. Our warehouse is open Monday-Friday 9AM-430PM. You will receive a call when your order is ready for pick up.
Changing or canceling Store Pickup
To change or cancel a Store Pickup order, call us at 1-800-966-4597
- To switch from Shipping to Store Pickup, call within one hour of placing your order.
- To switch from Store Pickup to Shipping, call any time.
- If you're calling to cancel a Store Pickup order, please have your credit card information ready.
